This project was a significant part of my UX design program and involved nearly all the fundamental methods of UX design research. It was essential for me to understand how to build trust between users and experts, accelerate the search process, and avoid disappointments along the way. The design process proved to be challenging and required numerous iterations, but the end result was worth it.
